In observance of the Christmas Day Holiday, XOOM Energy’s Customer Care will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th. Normal business hours will resume at 8am ET on Thursday, December 26th. Remember you can manage your account online by visiting MyXOOM or find answers to your questions in our FAQ section.

If you still wish to cancel your XOOM Energy service, please call XOOM Customer Care at 866-999-8483 (Mon - Fri | 8AM – 11PM EST or Saturday | 9AM – 7PM EST).
1. Launch the Safari browser and navigate to XOOMEnergy.ca 2. Tap the Share button on the browser’s toolbar — that’s the rectangle with an arrow pointing upward. Tap the Add to Home Screen icon in the Share menu.
1. Open Chrome on your mobile device, and navigate to XOOMEnergy.ca 2.Tap the menu button and tap Add to homescreen. You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and it will be added to your home screen.
1. First, open XOOMEnergy.ca in Internet Explorer. 2. Tap the More (...) button and tap Pin to Start in the menu that appears.
