Attention Alberta Customers:

Due to the recent Postal strike in Canada, invoices, and other correspondences you receive by mail from XOOM Energy may be delayed. You can manage your XOOM Energy account, including viewing and paying your bill by visiting MyXOOMEnergy.

In observance of the Christmas Day Holiday, XOOM Energy’s Customer Care will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th. Normal business hours will resume at 8am ET on Thursday, December 26th. Remember you can manage your account online by visiting MyXOOM or find answers to your questions in our FAQ section.

XOOM Energy customers in dual commodity markets, who currently have either an active electricity or natural gas plan can bundle the additional service at a discounted price! To get started select your current service province, then enter your current Site ID and email address, and finally confirm your current account information is correct.
