Please note: Eligible customer(s) must have active eligible service account at reward fulfillment time. Active accounts are defined as those qualifying accounts that (i) are billing more than $0 and (ii) for which we have not received a request to discontinue service or change programs. (iii) customers who are in good standing and do not have an overdue balance. See our Rewards Program Terms for additional details.
