Due to the recent Postal strike in Canada, invoices, and other correspondences you receive by mail from XOOM Energy may be delayed. You can manage your XOOM Energy account, including viewing and paying your bill by visiting MyXOOMEnergy.

In observance of the New Year’s Day Holiday, XOOM Energy’s Customer Care will be closed on Wednesday, January 1st. Normal business hours will resume at 8 am ET on Thursday, January 2ndRemember you can manage your account online by visiting MyXOOM or find answers to your questions in our FAQ section.

Paperless Billing is currently available for residential and small business customers in Alberta.

To enroll, log in to your MyAccount and choose Paperless Billing or by phone by contacting XOOM Energy's Customer Care at 866-999-8483.
