Enrollment Bonus: $50 eGift Card will be awarded after completing 2 consecutive months of active electricity service with XOOM Energy and $25 eGift Card will be awarded after completing 2 consecutive months of active natural gas service with XOOM Energy. Certain restrictions may apply. Please refer to the terms and conditions of egift card brand you select. Delivery of this eGift Card can take up 6 weeks after you have completed your 2 consecutive months of service. The eGift Card will be sent to the email address associated with your XOOM Energy account(s) with information on how to redeem. The eGift Card will be sent from customercare@xoomenergy.com. 
 
Please note: Eligible customer(s) must have active eligible service account at reward fulfillment time. Active accounts are defined as those qualifying accounts that (i) are billing more than $0 and (ii) for which we have not received a request to discontinue service or change programs, (iii) customers who are in good standing and do not have an overdue balance.
