This electricity/natural gas service offer is valid for areas serviced by XOOM Energy.
 
Eligibility
Limited-time offer. Price and Bonus offers are only for first-time, residential customers so previous or existing customers are not eligible. Promotion not available to non-residential service accounts. Promotion is only available to residential customers who enroll on a fixed price plan of 12 months or longer. Electricity and Natural Gas promotion only available where applicable. Offers cannot be transferred or combined with other offers. They may change or be cancelled at any time. Offers are not available for all rate classes, all customer types, or in all areas. Additional eligibility requirements, terms and conditions may apply. Switching to a retail energy supplier is not mandatory and you have the option to remain with your utility.
 
Rewards Information
Enrollment Bonus: $100 eGift Card will be awarded after completing 2 consecutive months of active electricity service with XOOM Energy and $50 eGift Card will be awarded after completing 2 consecutive months of active natural gas service with XOOM Energy. Certain restrictions may apply. Please refer to the terms and conditions of egift card brand you select. Delivery of this eGift Card can take up 6 weeks after you have completed your 2 consecutive months of service. The eGift Card will be sent to the email address associated with your XOOM Energy account(s) with information on how to redeem. The eGift Card will be sent from customercare@xoomenergy.com. 
 
Please note: Eligible customer(s) must have active eligible service account at reward fulfillment time. Active accounts are defined as those qualifying accounts that (i) are billing more than $0 and (ii) for which we have not received a request to discontinue service or change programs, (iii) customers who are in good standing and do not have an overdue balance.
