Attention Alberta Customers:

Due to the recent Postal strike in Canada, invoices, and other correspondences you receive by mail from XOOM Energy may be delayed. You can manage your XOOM Energy account, including viewing and paying your bill by visiting MyXOOMEnergy.

In observance of the Christmas Day Holiday, XOOM Energy’s Customer Care will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th. Normal business hours will resume at 8am ET on Thursday, December 26th. Remember you can manage your account online by visiting MyXOOM or find answers to your questions in our FAQ section.

As of November 15, 2024, the union representing Canada Post workers has initiated a strike and mail deliveries will be disrupted. For all the latest updates, visit Canada Post's website.

 

Do I still need to pay my bill if I don't receive it in the mail?

Yes, you’re still responsible for paying your bill, even though your paper bill is delayed or interrupted. If we have your email, we’ve added you to paperless billing so you can receive your bill by email.

 

How do I view my bills in my Online Account?

To access copies of your bills, register or log in to yourOnline Account and click the “Bills and payments” button under “Quick Links” to see your Account Overview.

 

How do I avoid issues with my payments during the Canada Post strike?

You can sign up for Pre-Authorized Payment in your Online Account by clicking "Set up Pre-Authorized Payment" within your Account Overview. We accept AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, or direct debit.
