Yes, you’re still responsible for paying your bill, even though your paper bill is delayed or interrupted. If we have your email, we’ve added you to paperless billing so you can receive your bill by email.
How do I view my bills in my Online Account?
To access copies of your bills, register or log in to your Online Account and click the “Bills and payments” button under “Quick Links” to see your Account Overview.
How do I avoid issues with my payments during the Canada Post strike?
You can sign up for Pre-Authorized Payment in your Online Account by clicking "Set up Pre-Authorized Payment" within your Account Overview. We accept AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, or direct debit.
