Attention Alberta Customers:

Due to the recent Postal strike in Canada, invoices, and other correspondences you receive by mail from XOOM Energy may be delayed. You can manage your XOOM Energy account, including viewing and paying your bill by visiting MyXOOMEnergy.

In observance of the New Year’s Day Holiday, XOOM Energy’s Customer Care will be closed on Wednesday, January 1st. Normal business hours will resume at 8 am ET on Thursday, January 2ndRemember you can manage your account online by visiting MyXOOM or find answers to your questions in our FAQ section.

Budget Billing

 

 

Budget Billing is an optional payment program designed to provide predictable billing by equalizing payments over the course of several months.  There is no cost to enroll and the program is available to both residential and small business customers.

Currently Budget Billing is only available for customers in Alberta. To enroll on Budget Billing please contact XOOM Energy's Customer Care at 866-999-8483, Monday-Friday 8 am - 11 pm ET and Saturday 9 am - 7 pm ET.
